MIAMI DEEP SEA FISHING
Deep Sea Fishing off Miami Beach for big game fish is an all around great fishing experience. Such species as swordfish, blue marlin, wahoo, shark, yellowfin tuna, sailfish, dolphin (mahi-mahi) and skip jack tuna tend to prefer Miamis warm gulf stream currents and deep blue waters. This allows Capt. Ralph and his crew to take you on a short boat ride to experience a fishing trip that will be very action packed. Offshore or deep sea fishing techniques will include trolling or live baiting. When trolling Capt. Ralph and his crew use fresh dead baits or artificial lures. They look for schools of bait busting on the surface, offshore birds and floating debris such as weed lines, pallets or anything that can hold fish. If live baiting is the method of choice, they will spend the first few minutes of your charter catching a variety of live baits to use while fishing offshore. Don't think you are along for just a boat ride. If it's not happening offshore, they will change tactics and switch to reef and wreck fishing or deep dropping for other game fish such as sailfish, snapper, grouper, cobia, kingfish or sharks. This can make a difference in catching or not catching fish.
